Couples and Individuals

Life can overwhelm us. Major events can knock us off track. Longstanding ways of thinking can keep us stuck in unhappy lives and circumstances.

Therapy can give you the outside perspective

Therapy can provide a safe space to be vulnerable. It can be a place where you can ask a trusted someone for perspective on whats going on in your own life or in your relationship. The therapist can listen and observe without judgement and help you see what is hard to see when you are wrapped up in the middle of it.

The Process

Assessment

The first step is to establish a relationship and review all the important details relevant to your deeply felt concerns.

Plan

Next, it is important to have a structure to follow. A recovery process will be identified, processed, and agreed to in order to help guide your work and engender commitment.

Explore

Once a structure is in place you can freely and openly explore your thoughts and actions with a trusted person, hopefully leading to a renewed sense of motivation to make changes in your life.

Act

Once exploration and motivation are in place, therapy can help you discover how to act in ways that maintain the life or perspective you have regained.

You do not have to figure this out alone
